    SUBMIT BOOK ENTRY

    22nd Edition of the Financial Times and Standard Chartered Business Book of the Year Award

    The Financial Times and Standard Chartered have announced a new partnership for the Business Book of the Year Award, now in its 22nd year, alongside the return of the Bracken Prize for Young Authors. The book award celebrates titles that offer fresh insight into today’s most pressing economic and business issues. The winner will receive £30,000, with £10,000 awarded to each shortlisted title.

    Publishers are encouraged to submit their works digitally, adhering to the specified submission deadlines* The longlist will be published on 17 August and the shortlist announced on 6 October, via livestream. The winner(s) will be named at an invitation-only dinner in London on 2 December.

    *For books published between 16 November 2025 and 31 May 2026, the deadline is 31 May 2026. For book titles published between 1 June 2026 and 15 November 2026, submissions must be made by 30 June 2026.
